Processing & Dispatch Times

  •   All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  •   Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable).

 

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options within the UK:

  • Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days - FREE

  • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days - £3.95

 

Delivery Issues

  • If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please notify us within 14 days for assistance.

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping with The London Label. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our refund policy below.

 

Returns & Refunds

 

 

  • Eligibility: You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
    Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Items such as undergarments, swimwear, custom-made products, and final sale items cannot be returned or refunded due to hygiene and personalization reasons.

  • Faulty or incorrect items: if your item is faulty, damaged or not as described you are entitled to full refund, repair or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Contact us within 30 days of receiving the item.

  • Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to your original payment method.

 

 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

 

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not been dispatched.
